Sai Priyas Catering provides catering services tailored to your event preferences, while respecting basic religious dietary requirements. Menu items, packages, and pricing may vary based on event type, guest count, location, and season, and are confirmed only upon final booking.
2. Quotes and Enquiries
Quotes generated through our website or shared by our team are estimates based on the details you provide. Final pricing may be revised after a tasting session, site visit, or discussion of your exact requirements. A quote does not constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on the menu, guest count, pricing, and any advance payment as communicated by our team. We recommend confirming bookings well in advance, especially during peak wedding and event seasons.
4. Payments
Advance payments, if applicable, are required to block your event date and confirm services. Full payment terms, including balance due dates, will be shared at the time of booking. Please retain all payment receipts for your records.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or date changes should be communicated to us as early as possible. Depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date, advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable, as such amounts are often already committed toward ingredients, staffing, and logistics.
6. Guest Count and Menu Changes
Any changes to guest count or menu selections should be finalized with our team within the agreed timeline before the event. Last-minute changes may not always be accommodated and could affect final pricing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, venue, guest count, and any dietary or religious requirements, in a timely manner so we can plan and deliver services accordingly.
8. Food Safety and Quality
We follow safe food handling and preparation processes and use quality ingredients for all our services. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed dietary restrictions or allergies that were not communicated to us in advance.
9. Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution in delivering our services, Sai Priyas Catering shall not be held liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as venue restrictions, weather, or third-party vendor failures.
